European Judo Championships 2026 Conclude: Full Results

On April 19, the 2026 European Senior Judo Championships concluded in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi.

On the final day of competition, medals were awarded in four weight categories: men’s -100 kg and +100 kg, as well as women’s -78 kg and +78 kg.

Italy claimed two gold medals on the last day. Georgia and Israel each added one gold medal to their teams’ tallies.

Georgia topped the overall medal standings while competing on home tatami. The hosts won 4 gold medals (three in men’s events and one in women’s), along with 2 silver and 1 bronze medal.

  • Kosovo — 1 gold

Five athletes represented Armenia but did not win medals: Ashik Andreyan (60 kg), Vahe Agasyan (60 kg), Artak Torosyan (73 kg), and Gor Karapetyan (100 kg) were eliminated in their opening bouts. David Abrahamyan (66 kg) finished 5th, just one step away from a bronze medal.
