20-year-old Armenia U21 midfielder David Hakobyan played his first match in the Slovak championship for Podbrezová.

Hakobyan came on as a substitute in the 79th minute against Žilina, a match that ended with his team’s 0:3 defeat. Despite limited playing time, the Armenian managed to impress: 5 touches, 4 accurate passes (100%), one key pass, and no ball losses. According to SofaScore, his performance was rated 6.6.

It should be reminded that this summer Hakobyan moved to Podbrezová from Yerevan’s BKMA, where he scored 6 goals and provided 2 assists in the Armenian Premier League last season.
