Olympiacos Held to Goalless Draw by Rennes as Nair Tiknizyan Features in Europa League Clash

Greek side Olympiacos played out a 0-0 draw against French club Rennes in the fourth round of the UEFA Europa League league phase. Armenia international defender Nair Tiknizyan came off the bench in the closing stages of the match.

The Armenian footballer entered the pitch in the 82nd minute and played the final minutes of the encounter. Tiknizyan received a 6.6 rating from SofaScore for his performance.

Despite dropping two points, Olympiacos continue their strong European campaign. After four matches, the Greek club have collected 10 points and temporarily moved to the top of the overall Europa League standings.

However, the standings could still change, as several chasing teams have yet to play their fourth-round fixtures.

Among them are Armenian side Ararat-Armenia, who will face Portuguese club Torreense away from home on November 5. The result of that match will also influence the overall standings of the competition.
