First Opponents of Armenian Judokas at the Tbilisi Grand Slam

The draw for the 2026 Tbilisi Grand Slam has taken place. The tournament will start on March 20, with four Armenian athletes participating. Their first opponents are already known:

• 60 kg (Round of 32): Martin Badalyan — Olivier Naert (Belgium)

• 60 kg (Round of 32): Vage Agasyan — Jorre Verstraeten (Belgium)

• 73 kg (Round of 16): Artak Torosyan — Georgi Terashvili (Georgia) / Nurmukhammed Bakirdinov (Kyrgyzstan)

• 100 kg (Round of 32): Gor Karapetyan — Darko Brasnjovic (Serbia)
