Urartu lose 2–3 to Lokomotiv during training camp in the UAE

Today, February 8, Yerevan-based Urartu played a friendly match against Moscow’s Lokomotiv as part of their training camp in the UAE and suffered a 2–3 defeat.

During the match, the Armenian side took the lead twice but failed to hold on to their advantage. Goals for Urartu were scored by Armenia national team players Narek Aghasaryan and Nikolas Kalukyan.

For Lokomotiv, Saltykov scored a brace, while Chevardin added another goal.

It is worth noting that later this evening Urartu will play another friendly match, with Chinese club Zhejiang as their opponent.
