On December 17, Moscow will host the ACBJJ 20 tournament, where Arman Tsarukyan will compete in a Brazilian jiu-jitsu super fight. Initially, the Armenian representative was scheduled to face ACA champion Abdul-Aziz Abdulvakhabov, but he was forced to withdraw from the bout due to an injury.
Tsarukyan’s new opponent will be another standout star of the ACA league — Mehdi Baydulaev. Baydulaev holds a professional MMA record of 19 wins and 2 losses, with 10 of his victories coming by submission. He is well known for his high-level wrestling and jiu-jitsu, making the upcoming matchup especially intriguing.
The main bout of ACBJJ 20 will go down in the organization’s history, as the “Stars Belt” will be contested for the first time. This title will be awarded to the winner of the super fight between Arman Tsarukyan and Mehdi Baydulaev.
It is also worth noting that after his appearance in Moscow, Arman Tsarukyan will compete in a grappling match in Yerevan. His opponent will be Shara Bullet, and the bout will take place at the HYPE Fighting event.
