Stepan Gigolyan moves from Sochi to Alashkert

20-year-old central defender Stepan Gigolyan will continue his career at Yerevan club Alashkert. The Armenian side, currently competing for the Armenian Premier League title this season, has signed the player.

Gigolyan is a graduate of the Krasnodar Academy. Before joining the Armenian club, he played for the second team of PFC Sochi.

The defender also has experience representing Armenia at youth international level, having played for the U17 and U19 national teams.

At Alashkert, Gigolyan will have the opportunity to make his senior-level debut with one of the contenders for the national championship title.
