Armenian Armed Forces Team Concludes Participation in 2027 Military World Cup Qualifiers

The Armenian Armed Forces football team lost 0-3 to Germany in the final round of the CISM 2027 Military World Cup qualifying tournament.
The tournament is being held in the Netherlands. The Armenian squad consists of BKMA-2 players who were not called up to the country’s youth and junior national teams.
Previously, the Armenian team lost 0-1 to both Ireland and Spain.
A total of eight teams participated in the qualifying tournament.
Group A included France, Luxembourg, Cyprus, and the Netherlands.
Group B included Ireland, Spain, Germany, and Armenia.
Playoffs qualifiers:
- From Group A: France and Cyprus
- From Group B: Ireland and Germany
Semifinal pairs (scheduled for March 27):
- Ireland vs France
- Germany vs Cyprus
It is worth noting that the Armenian team is mainly composed of 18-year-old players, whereas their opponents field more experienced squads.
