The Russian national boxing team has finalized its roster for the 2025 IBA World Championships, which will take place in Dubai from December 2 to 13. The squad includes 13 athletes, among them two boxers of Armenian descent: Andrey Peghlivanyan (57 kg) and Edmond Khudoyan (48 kg).

Tournament organizers have announced the largest prize pool in the history of the Boxing World Championships — 8 million USD.

Prize money is allocated as follows:
50% to the athlete, 25% to the coach, 25% to the national federation.
