Pyunik to Hold Winter Training Camp in the UAE and May Face Spartak

Yerevan-based Pyunik will also travel to the United Arab Emirates for their winter training camp. The team will train in the UAE from January 18 to February 19.
As part of preparations for the second half of the season, Pyunik plans to play several friendly matches. According to various sources, one of the potential opponents of the Yerevan club could be Moscow’s Spartak.
It should be noted that other Armenian clubs, Noah and Urartu, will also hold their winter training camps in the UAE.
After the first part of the season, Pyunik sit third in the Armenian Premier League standings with 29 points. They trail leaders Ararat-Armenia by five points, while having one game in hand.
During the winter break, Artak Oseyan’s team has already been left by Serob Galstyan, Wagner Gonçalves, and Daniil Polyansky. At the same time, squad reinforcements are expected, with Artak Dashyan mentioned among potential new signings, along with other players.
