Five Armenian Wins and Three Champions at UNF 32

On March 22, the UNF 32 mixed martial arts tournament took place in California, where Armenian fighters delivered a strong performance, securing two wins in professional bouts and three in the semi-professional division.
Professional Bouts
The highlight of the evening was the victory of Artur Harutyunyan. Holding a 7-1 record, he secured an early win over Christopher Cruz (4-2-1) via submission and claimed the UNF flyweight championship belt.
Albert Tadevosyan (14-4-1) competed in a title fight but lost to Tommy Aaron (15-9). The bout ended in a technical knockout in favor of his opponent.
Pargev Khachatryan (3-0) extended his winning streak by defeating Todd Stafford (0-1) via technical knockout.
Semi-Professional Bouts
Armenian athletes achieved a perfect record in the semi-professional segment.
Sevak Hakobyan (5-1) earned a confident unanimous decision victory over Krikor Balkyan (5-7) to become the welterweight champion.
Eduard Zograbyan (3-0) finished his fight against Elijah Duke (4-3) by technical knockout, winning both the league belt and the California flyweight title.
Armen Kocharian (2-0) also claimed victory, defeating Diego Badillo (0-1) by unanimous decision.
