Official: Armenia national team to face UAE and Belarus in March

The Football Federation of Armenia has officially announced that the national team will play two friendly matches in March 2026.

The first match will take place on March 26 in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, where the Armenian side will face the United Arab Emirates national football team.

Then, as reported earlier, on March 29 in Yerevan, the Armenians will host a home friendly against the Belarus national football team.

Interestingly, Armenia and the UAE have already met in a friendly back in May 2014. That match ended in an entertaining 4–3 victory for Armenia.

The upcoming games are expected to be part of Armenia national football team’s preparations for the autumn fixtures of the UEFA Nations League.
