Noah reach Armenian Cup semifinals after beating Pyunik

The second leg of the Armenian Cup quarterfinal between Noah and Pyunik took place on April 1. After the first match, Noah had a 2–1 advantage, but the return leg turned out to be tense.
The scoring was opened in the 31st minute by Aram Hamoyan, marking his debut goal for Noah. However, Pyunik quickly equalized and took the lead. In the 37th minute, Aleksandar Milkovic made it 1–1, and in first-half stoppage time (45+6), Armenia national team debutant Karlen Hovhannisyan scored a long-range goal. It was also the first goal for the 20-year-old midfielder at club level.
The decisive goal came in the 86th minute from Noah’s Croatian forward Marin Jakoliš, securing victory and a place in the semifinals.
Another quarterfinal second leg between Urartu and Ararat will take place today. In the first match, Urartu won 3–0.
