The Government of Armenia has approved the decision to sell a land plot to FC Noah for the implementation of a large-scale infrastructure project.

Club president Vardges Vardanyan emphasized the importance of this step, noting that cooperation with the state had been ongoing for a long time:

“We are glad that we managed to find the optimal solution and acquire the land. This is an important step towards our dream — creating one of the best sports complexes in the history of independent Armenia. We will work with full dedication to build a facility that will become a legacy for future generations.”

According to the decision, an ultra-modern UEFA Category 4 stadium with a capacity of 15,000 seats will be built in Etchmiadzin. For this purpose, the club has acquired a 23-hectare plot of land.

The project, worth tens of millions of dollars, includes:

  • a football academy and several stadiums with natural and artificial turf,
  • a hotel complex,
  • an indoor stadium,
  • a secondary school,
  • a sports hall and swimming pool,
  • a dormitory for academy students.

The new sports center is expected to become one of the largest in the region and play a key role in the development of Armenian football.
