Maksim Palienko leaves Urartu

Yerevan football club Urartu has announced the mutual termination of the contract with Russian midfielder Maksim Palienko. The club’s press service reported the news.

The 30-year-old midfielder joined Urartu in the winter of 2025 and played 15 matches in six months, providing two assists.

In the opening round of the 2025/26 Fastex Premier League, Palienko came on only in the final minutes of the match against BKMA, which ended in a 1-1 draw. That game turned out to be his last appearance for the Yerevan side.
