Leon Shahbazyan earns fourth straight submission victory at Tuff-N-Uff 152 (VIDEO)

The Tuff-N-Uff 152 event took place in Las Vegas, where Armenian fighter Leon Shahbazyan (12-4) secured a convincing win over Robert Hale (14-10).

The fight ended in the first round. Shahbazyan successfully took his opponent to the ground and applied a submission hold, forcing Hale to tap out.

This victory became Shahbazyan’s fourth in a row. Notably, he finished all four of his most recent fights via first-round submission, and each of those wins came at Tuff-N-Uff events.

If Leon continues performing at this pace, the older brother of UFC fighter Edmen Shahbazyan could soon get the opportunity to debut in the world’s premier MMA promotion and join the UFC middleweight roster.

It is also worth noting that another Armenian fighter won at the same event. Spartak Mikaelyan finished his bout with a choke submission, adding another victory for Armenian fighters at Tuff-N-Uff 152.
