On the second competition day of the 2026 European Shooting Championship (10 m) in Yerevan, the Armenian national team won one silver medal. The award was secured in the “Moving Target” discipline in the mixed team event.
Thus, the Armenian team now has five medals at the home championship — two gold and three silver. Notably, all medals so far have been won exclusively in the “Moving Target” discipline, which is not part of the Olympic program.
In the Olympic events — “Air Pistol” and “Air Rifle” — the Armenian representatives failed to qualify for the finals.
On March 3, medals will be contested in the “Moving Target” team competitions, where the Armenian team still has chances to add to its medal tally.
