Inter suffered a 1–3 away defeat against Bodø/Glimt in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 32.
It was a very difficult night for the Milan side. The Norwegian club continued its impressive run, securing a third consecutive victory in the tournament and building a solid advantage ahead of the return leg scheduled for February 24 in Milan.
The hosts started strongly and converted their chances. Hauge, Høgh and Fet scored for Bodø/Glimt. Striker Kasper Høgh was particularly impressive, recording one goal and two assists to become the key figure in his team’s attacking play.
Inter managed to respond only once, with Pio Esposito scoring the Italian side’s only goal. Despite creating opportunities, the Nerazzurri failed to capitalize fully and will now aim to turn the tie around at San Siro.
