In Matchday 31 of Serie A, Inter and Roma face off at San Siro in Milan. Both teams come into the game with notable returns and changes to their starting lineups.
After a run of poor results, the hosts are aiming to get back to winning ways. The biggest boost for Inter is the long-awaited return of captain Lautaro Martínez, who missed nearly two months due to injury. He will once again partner Marcus Thuram in attack.
Roma also receive an important attacking boost, with Matías Soulé returning to the starting lineup.
Starting lineups for Inter vs Roma
Inter (3-5-2):
Sommer — Akanji, Acerbi, Bastoni — Dumfries, Barella, Çalhanoğlu, Zieliński, Dimarco — Thuram, Lautaro Martínez
Roma (3-5-2):
Svilar — Mancini, Ndicka, Hermoso — Rensch, Cristante, Pisilli, Çelik — Pellegrini, Soulé — Malen
Henrikh Mkhitaryan missed the last match before the international break but has recovered from injury and is back in Inter’s squad against his former club. The Armenian midfielder will start the game on the bench.
