Gurgen Hovhannisyan knocks out Navarro in Las Vegas (VIDEO)

On March 29 in Las Vegas (USA), a professional boxing event took place, where Armenian heavyweight Gurgen Hovhannisyan secured a convincing victory over Mexico’s Cesar Navarro. The fight ended with a technical knockout in the fifth round.

For the 28-year-old Hovhannisyan, this win became his tenth in a professional career (10–0), with nine of them coming by stoppage. Following this success, the Armenian boxer, known by his nickname “Big Gug,” is expected to rise to 37th place in the BoxRec world heavyweight rankings.
