In the 6th round of the Europa League, Red Star won away against Austrian club Sturm with a score of 1:0. The only goal was scored in the 55th minute by Mirko Ivanić.

Shortly before Ivanić’s goal, Armenian defender Nair Tiknizyan also found the net. The wing-back launched a counterattack together with Bruno Duarte, and after receiving a pass from the Brazilian, beat the goalkeeper and sent the ball into the net. However, after a VAR review, the goal was disallowed — Duarte was ruled offside.
