Esaian did not qualify for the free program at the Junior World Championships in Tallinn

Armenian figure skater Isabella Esaian finished 43rd in the short program at the 2026 World Junior Figure Skating Championships held in Tallinn, Estonia.
The 16-year-old athlete received 41.59 points for her performance. This result did not allow her to qualify for the group of skaters who will continue competing in the free program.
A total of 50 skaters competed in the short program, while only 24 athletes advanced to the free skating segment.
The best result in the short program was achieved by Japan’s Mao Shimada. Second place also went to Japanese skater Mayuka Oka. Australia’s Hana Bath finished third.
Earlier, Armenian figure skater Mikael Salazaryan placed 32nd in the men’s competition.
