Fighter Tigran Matevosyan, nicknamed “Brooklyn,” became the winner of the FORCE FC x PRIME FC Grand Prix after fighting twice in one evening in bare-knuckle bouts and winning both of them.
In the semifinal, Matevosyan faced Yakov Bukin and confidently won the fight by unanimous decision. A few hours later, he returned to the ring — this time to face Mustafa Sharifov in the tournament final.
The final bout also ended with Matevosyan’s victory. All judges scored the fight 29–28 in his favor, allowing the Armenian fighter to claim the tournament’s Grand Prix title.
After the fight, Matevosyan admitted that fighting two full bare-knuckle bouts in one evening was extremely difficult.
“It was very tough — two hard fights within just a few hours. But I didn’t want to let the league or my fans down. That’s why I stepped into the second fight and did everything I could to win,” Matevosyan said after the final.
