Boxing World Championships 2025: Draw and How to Watch Online

On September 4, Liverpool (England) will host the first-ever joint Men’s and Women’s Boxing World Championships 2025. The tournament will take place at M&S Bank Arena and run until September 14. It will be the largest Olympic boxing event ever held in the UK, with more than 540 athletes representing 66 national federations.
This is the first championship under the newly established World Boxing federation, which will now oversee Olympic qualification in boxing. Therefore, the 2025 World Championships serve as the first qualification stage for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
A total of 80 medals (20 gold) will be awarded across 10 weight categories for both men and women. Among the participants are 17 Paris 2024 Olympic medalists, as well as more than 30 boxers with previous Olympic experience.
