The Armenian Premier League Round 19 match between BKMA and Urartu, held on March 20, originally ended with a 1–0 victory for Urartu. However, the result was later revised.
On the official website of the Football Federation of Armenia, the final score was changed to 3–0 in favor of Urartu, with a note indicating a technical defeat for BKMA.
The sanction was imposed due to a violation of regulations by BKMA: a player who was not originally registered for the match took part in the game. The player’s name has not been disclosed.
This is the first technical defeat in the current Armenian league season. It does not significantly affect the standings but could become important in case of equal points, as it improves Urartu’s goal difference.
BKMA lineup for the match:
Hayk Ghazaryan – Mark Avetisyan, Argishti Petrosyan, Petik Manukyan, Gor Arakelyan – Mishel Ayvazyan, Artur Askaryan, Hamlet Sargsyan – David Harutyunyan (82, Suren Kirakosyan), Grenik Petrosyan (88, Harutyun Manukyan), Narek Hovhannisyan (88, Arshak Petrosyan)
