Belarus Defeats Cyprus Ahead of Armenia Match

The Belarus national team secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Cyprus in a friendly match held on March 26 in Nicosia, Cyprus. The only goal of the game was scored by defender Ivan Tikhomirov in the 25th minute, marking his debut for the national team.

Additionally, 22-year-old forward Karen Vardanyan made his debut for Belarus, entering the field in the 71st minute.

Belarus’ next match will take place on March 29 in Yerevan, where the team will face Armenia in a friendly match.

Armenia’s matches against Cyprus in the Nations League are scheduled for October 2 and November 12.
