Former Armenia national team captain Tigran Barseghyan delivered an impressive performance in the first round of the Slovak championship group. His club Slovan defeated Zemplín 3–1.
Barseghyan played the entire match. He scored one goal, provided an assist and won a penalty. The midfielder could have scored another goal as well, but his shot hit the crossbar.
