Armenian shooters win their first silver at Polish Open Kaliber 2025

At the ongoing Polish Open Kaliber 2025 international tournament in Białystok, Poland, the Armenian shooting team has secured its first medal of the competition.

In the 10m air pistol mixed event, the duo Benik Khlghatyan and Elmira Karapetyan confidently passed the qualification round. The Armenian athletes scored 575 points, finishing in 1st place and advancing to the finals without question.

In the decisive match, Khlghatyan / Karapetyan faced the team of Ukraine. Despite a bright performance and a tense fight, the Armenian shooters were defeated 11:17 and became the runners-up of the tournament, earning the first silver medal for Armenia at Polish Open Kaliber 2025.
