Armenian Pair Akopova / Rakhmanin to Open Short Program at 2026 World Championships

Today, March 25, the Armenian duo Karina Akopova / Nikita Rakhmanin will perform in the short program at the 2026 World Figure Skating Championships in Prague, Czech Republic.
The pair is listed as the first starting number and will take the ice in the first warm-up group. Representatives from Austria and the Czech Republic will also perform in the same group.
A total of 21 pairs will participate in the competition. The top 20 duos from the short program will advance to the free program.
