Albert Mnatsakanyan joins Albanian club Luftetari

Albert Mnatsakanyan, a 26-year-old defensive midfielder from Armenian club Van, will continue his career in Albania. The footballer has joined Luftetari, which competes in the Albanian First Division.

The Armenian midfielder has already made his debut for the new team. In the 18th round match of the Albanian First Division against Skënderbeu (1–1), Mnatsakanyan played as a central defender and completed the entire match without being substituted.

Currently, Luftetari are in 11th place in the league table among 12 teams.

Mnatsakanyan began the current season with Van in the Armenian Premier League but had limited playing time, featuring in only three matches.

Previously, Mnatsakanyan was called up to Armenia’s youth and U21 national teams.
