Albert Aleksanjan provided an assist in his first official match for Norrköping

On February 21, the new football season kicked off in Sweden, with the group stage matches of the national cup getting underway. In the opening round, Norrköping defeated Sandvikens 2–0.
The 19-year-old Armenian forward Albert Aleksanjan started the match for Norrköping and played 63 minutes. In the 17th minute, following his low cross, Elias Jemal opened the scoring. For Aleksanjan, this match marked his first official appearance for the new team, which he joined from a Norwegian third-division club.
Thus, the Armenian striker recorded a goal contribution in his debut official match for the Swedish club.

Also today in the Swedish Cup, 22-year-old Armenian forward Edgar Navassardian featured for Östersund in a match against Göteborg. The game ended in a goalless draw — 0–0. Navassardian played 73 minutes.
It is worth noting that both Armenian footballers operated as right wingers.
