40 countries will compete at the European Shooting Championships in Yerevan.

From February 27 to March 5, the 2026 European Shooting Championship will take place at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex. Representatives from more than 35 countries have already arrived in Armenia’s capital.
Armenia has fielded the largest delegation with 27 athletes. Other major teams include Ukraine (25), Russia (AIN) — 20, Germany — 17, Hungary — 15, Spain and Turkey — 14 each, Croatia and the Czech Republic — 13 each, Bulgaria — 12, Italy and Serbia — 11 each.

A total of 15 sets of medals will be contested during the championship. The competition program includes:

The official mascot of the tournament is the Armenian lynx named Lusan — a symbol of strength, precision, and national character. Organizers expect a high level of competition and exciting battles for medals throughout the championship.
